    The writer and actor Anni Domingo is the focus of episode 43 of What We Leave We Carry, the series that tells the true-life stories of migration to the UK.  On returning from Sierra Leone to the UK as a teenager,    Anni recalls being told at an audition that she was too dark.‘And that was it,’ says Anni. ‘I never opened my mouth. I never sang. I never danced.’
