Screenwriter and film critic
Danielle Papamichael is a British screenwriter and film critic of Greek Cypriot and Irish heritage. Her Panavision x Girls in Film funded short, DOES YOUR CONDOM MAKE YOU FAT?, won Best Comedy at the 2023 Topaz Film Festival. Her debut feature is currently in development, along with two short films: a dark comedy-horror and a psychosocial thriller.
Beyond screenwriting, Papamichael is a regular contributor to WritersMosaic, where she reviews film and television through a lens of gender, power, and representation. She is also a critic for Shorts Stuff. Her film-focused TikTok content has reached over 120,000 organic views so far.
