Zakia Sewell

Zakia Sewell is a writer and documentary-maker. She hosts BBC 6 Music’s Dream Time. Her radio documentaries on taste, cultural critic Stuart Hall, her relationship with her mother, Amey St Cyr, and folk cultures across the UK, can be found on BBC Sounds. Her debut nonfiction book, Finding Albion, is an exploration of British national identity, folk culture and myth.
