Power Of__Festival

Celebrating black creativity with interactive workshops in Brixton and livestreamed panels, the Power Of__ Festival provides plenty of opportunities to get creative and be inspired. In partnership with the UK’s Lambeth Council, the festival promises to spark the imagination and encourage innovation across literature, fashion, activism and music. A number of emerging artists have captured black culture at The Photographers Gallery. The exhibition features work by Karis Beaumont, winner of The Power of Black Identity competition. The Power Of__Festival includes live music by Ego Ella-May and a demonstration from Goya Gumbani on knitting jewellery.
